Consumer guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

One-time purchases

Because Pro features unlock instantly and are digital, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund if the tool didn’t work for you. Email with your Stripe receipt and we’ll refund the purchase.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period and isn’t charged again. We don’t pro-rate partial periods, but contact us if something went wrong and we’ll make it right.

How to request

Email from the address you used at checkout, or include your Stripe session ID (starts with cs_). Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
